WARRANTY COVERAGE:

This Extended Warranty Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Line and Level Contracting LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and the original purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner,” for the specified service provided by Line and Level Contracting LLC.

1. WARRANTY PERIOD:

The warranty period shall commence on the date of service completion and continue for a duration of 10 years from the Effective Date of this Agreement.

2. TRANSFERABILITY:

This warranty is fully transferrable from the original Owner to any subsequent homeowner of the property where the service has been performed. Line and Level Contracting LLC must be notified in writing of the ownership transfer within 30 days of the transfer.

3. COVERED ITEMS:

This warranty covers manufacturers’ product defects related to the services provided by Line and Level Contracting LLC.

4. EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by:

a. Negligence, misuse, or abuse.

b. Acts of nature, including but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, fires, or storms.

c. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

d. Failure to follow maintenance guidelines provided by Line and Level Contracting LLC.

e. Any products, materials, or components not supplied or installed by Line and Level Contracting LLC.

5. WARRANTY CLAIMS:

To initiate a warranty claim, the Owner or subsequent homeowner must:

a. Notify Line and Level Contracting LLC in writing within 30 days of discovering the product defect.

b. Provide proof of the original service and transfer of ownership documentation.

Line and Level Contracting LLC reserves the right to inspect the property and/or request additional documentation to validate the warranty claim.

6. REMEDIES:

In the event of a valid warranty claim, Line and Level Contracting LLC will, at its sole discretion:

a. Repair the defective product.

b. Replace the defective product or component.

c. A Credit of the original service cost towards the new repair costs.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The liability of Line and Level Contracting LLC under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit, as specified in Section 6. Line and Level Contracting LLC shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

8. GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. AMENDMENTS:

This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
